Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Zill Media collects, why we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you.
Last updated October 14, 20261. Information we collect
- Contact and order information, such as your name, email address, order details, and support messages.
- Brand and project materials you choose to provide, including logos, uploaded images, customization notes, and generated deliverables.
- Technical and security information that may be recorded by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps, and security logs.
- Browser storage used for essential site functions, such as keeping your cart, selected language, and dismissed notices available in your browser.
2. How we use information
- To provide, customize, review, deliver, and support the services you request.
- To maintain your cart and site preferences.
- To issue email-bound welcome codes and prevent repeat first-order discounts. Signing up for the welcome offer also subscribes you to Zill Media emails about new releases and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not cancel an unused code.
- To communicate about orders, support requests, service changes, and security matters.
- To prevent abuse, investigate security events, enforce our terms, and protect Zill Media, our customers, and our service providers.
- To comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
3. Payments
Payment processing is not currently enabled on this site. If payment processing is enabled, payment details may be collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on Zill Media systems.
4. Cookies and browser storage
We use browser storage for essential cart and interface functions and to remember your advertising cookie choice. With your permission, Meta Pixel collects public page visits, browser/device information and cookie identifiers to measure advertising and build audiences. It does not run before you accept advertising cookies. Decline or change your choice through Cookie preferences. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling Meta tracking. Private order and delivery pages are excluded, and automatic event collection and advanced matching are not enabled.
5. Service providers
We may use service providers to host the site and store project data, generate or process video content, send transactional email, process payments when enabled, and provide security, bot-detection, or infrastructure services. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately.
6. Sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information for money. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta receives browsing information for advertising measurement and audiences; this may constitute sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can decline or withdraw permission through Cookie preferences.
7. Retention
Delivered video download access expires at the deadline shown with delivery, normally 24 hours. Scheduled cleanup removes expired delivery files. Other project media becomes eligible for deletion from active workflow storage after 30 days for completed or failed jobs. In-progress jobs and jobs held for review are excluded. Operational job records become eligible after 180 days and after their media has been removed. These are cleanup schedules, not guarantees of deletion at an exact moment.
Short-lived request-limit records are removed on subsequent requests after 48 hours. We retain hashed email identities and welcome-offer usage records to prevent repeat discounts. Marketing email addresses can be removed using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, tax, or other legal obligations may require longer retention of limited records.
Copies held by service providers, including files used for human review in Slack, follow separate provider retention processes. Deletion from our active workflow storage does not automatically delete those copies. Contact us with a deletion request so we can review the applicable systems.
8. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted HTTPS transport, access controls, private storage for uploaded project files, request validation, rate limits, and restricted operator endpoints. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so we also maintain a process for reporting and responding to suspected vulnerabilities.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Zill Media, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. To make a privacy request, email content@zillmedia.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Use Cookie preferences to decline or withdraw advertising consent. Global Privacy Control disables Meta tracking even when an earlier choice accepted advertising cookies. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking but does not remove information previously received by Meta or existing cookies.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and creators and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. International use
If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Applicable privacy rights may vary by location.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised.
13. Contact
Questions about privacy or requests concerning your personal information can be sent to content@zillmedia.com.
